Dr. Hotchandani is a very nice person and doctor. However, why I needed to go to your office so you can charge the insurance company hundreds of dollars and me, my copay, for what could have been a 5-minute phone call. Seems like nothing more than a money grab and has nothing to do with the patient's well being.
Office and exam rooms were very clean, he is very knowledgeable and went over my exam in detail. I was not rushed at all and he has excellent communication skills, including a sense of humor!
First impression, office and exams rooms are very clean, check in simple and all staff were excellent. His exam was well received by me as he explained everything to me, and the follow up needed. He also has a good sense of humor !
Was a bit on edge at arrival...the way i present sometimes gets me a 'side-eye'...I felt nothing but positive energy from everyone...starting with Wendy, on the phone, making my initial appointment. Even the online sign-in process was pain free. Up until recently, KNOCK ON WOOD(!!), I've been healthy...so the anticipation was infinitely worse than the reality. I'm grateful and respect that THAT will continue! Dr. Hotchandani made me feel immediately comfortable and spoke to me with no grandeur. I guess if i had to look FORWARD to the process...so far, you've all done just that...
The location...being in the old IBM credit union...unexpectedly and with more than a sprinkling of nostalgia, took me back to being 16...opening my very first banking account.
So far...so good!!
Everyone was very friendly and efficient. The consult was thorough but didn’t take very long. Check out answered all my questions about the prep and scheduling needs and was done promptly.
