High pressure sales tactics. No straight answers in response to technical questions. Won’t take cash because they make their money off predatory financing. It appears they have many vehicles available so if you’re in a rush to buy and dont mind overlooking the risk of purchasing a lemon they will accommodate. I visited twice in hopes of getting a more conversational and understanding salesperson the second time. No such luck. Maybe I look like a sucker? Perhaps a third visit would be worthwhile? I bought a truck elsewhere.

I purchased a 2020 Dodge Durango GT plus with 20k miles back in September 2024. I have no Gap Insurance and the A/C unit blows out hot air and is hissing. It’s out of the 3 years warranty, so now ai have to pay out of pocket. Why can’t people treat our military just a little bit better.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Rich McFarland was our sales guy and I can not say anything but positive things. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left was seamless everyone was so nice and no pressure no hassle. We will deff return and be asking for Rich in the future as he made our car buying flawless even with us having our 1 year old son with us. Wonderful place! We had the pleasure to work with Scott who was great! He was welcoming, knowledgeable, and straightforward. He was clear about everything from the car to the final price. There were NO surprises whatsoever. This establishment is honest and really does want to do what is right for their customers. They agreed to a price and stuck to it. Their cars are quality and they make sure you are leaving with a car that you are confident in buying. The whole process was easy!
