The team at Browns were terrific. We originally planned to get a car Through a different dealership, but found that they were not responsive, and that Browns really worked hard to make this a wonderful experience for us. Additionally, we got a Better car for 20% less at Browns. Well, worth driving the extra 20 minutes out east.
I needed an appointment to replace my battery, which had stopped holding a charge for more than 24 hours. I was able to get an appointment on the day I wanted, with a specified start time and an estimate I’d be there for about 90 minutes. I arrived at the scheduled time and they took my car in right away. They gave me the price, and I waited in the comfortable waiting area. An hour and a half later, then told me my car was ready. I paid and was on my way. People were nice and, equally important, the work was done right and on schedule.
