I brought a jeep grand Cherokee TJ was my salesman. He was very professional friendly and no pressure salesman. I would recommend Browns of Medford any time you are thinking of buying a car. He was knowledgeable patient waiting for me to decide whether or not to come back and discuss the purchase. The entire staff were friendly acknowledging my concerns explaining the total cost and coverage of the car. They handled the sale of the car from start to finish I would highly recommend this dealership.
Worked with TJ Lusardi on the purchase of a 2025 RAM 1500. He was quick, professional and above all, fair. Massive savings on the truck with the year end sale from RAM but also wasn’t charged any hidden dealer fees. Also didn’t try to pitch any nonsense you can’t understand. Financial manager was quick. They coordinated with my insurance broker and the process was seamless. The truck went back for some after purchase work and that was done in a timely manner with excellent outcome. I bought 3 trucks over the past 6 years from them. The past 2 experiences were good (which is why I went back) but this last time was exceptional. I bought a pre-owned 2025 Ram RHO 1500. They did everything they promised, the quoted price including the trade and extended warranty was spot on and they did everything they promised they would do. After 3 weeks, I went back with an issue with the ABS system (no appointment) and they took care of it right there while I waited. Carl and the sales manager (forgot his name) are both AWESOME. I'll never go to any other RAM dealer.
Great experience your sales team was phenomenal could not have asked for a better sales person . Phil made this a great experience. Would recommend Browns in a heartbeat. As far as the financial team they also made this purchase very wonderful experience.
