Busy Bee Septic and Excavating LLC

I can’t recommend Busy Bee enough, we had sewer line back up issue this Saturday at our home and I didn’t know where to start. I called Busy Bee and spoke with Vinny, not only did he go over my options but he had a service man to our house with in a couple hours, which I thought was unthinkable for a Saturday. Not only did his service man Charlie offer thorough, knowledgeable professional service, even in the cold outdoor temps, but he was friendly and took time to explain each step of the process he was carrying out to solve our main line sewer back up issue. They really did get me out of a pinch this weekend and more so gave me peace of mind in finding out what the issue is. Thanks Vinny and Charlie, keep up the great work.

I called Busy Bee on an early Sunday morning due to a septic emergency with toilets and sucks backing up. I received a prompt call back within the hour after leaving a message with the AI answering service. I was told that I would receive a text when the tech was on the way to my address. When I received my text from Busy Bee, they included a the name and a photo of the tech that would be coming to the house. I really likes that they shared this information in the confirmation text. Charlie was informative and helped assess with the problem was. He was thorough and explained everything in detail so I understood. He went above and beyond. My husband and I were so pleased with the service Charlie and Busy Bee provided during our emergency visit we have decided we are staying with Busy Bee going forward.
