Everyone was pleasant, accommodating and and worked with my availability to drop off and pick up my vehicle due to my work schedule. I was always kept up to date of the stages of repairs and date of expected completion. Repairs were completed in a quick and timely manner. At the end my car was given back to me washed and it looked great, you could not tell it was in an accident. I would definitely go back and recommend Carstar Spectrum to friends and family.

I brought my car to CARSTAR Spectrum Auto Cortlandt and the repair work itself was excellent — everything looks and drives the way it should, and I appreciate the quality of the craftsmanship. Unfortunately, that positive experience was overshadowed by the fact that all of the quarters I kept in my car were taken while it was there. It’s a small thing in the grand scheme of a major repair, but it left a bad impression and made me question the attention to customer respect and trust.

I’m pleased with the outcome of the repair, but I genuinely hope they take steps to ensure this kind of thing doesn’t happen to future customers.

Had a very bad scratch on a brand new vehicle. I went to carstar for an estimate for the repair. They took my vehicle in right away. I waited for 30 minutes and upon receiving the vehicle back. It looked brand new. Photos of before and after are attached. Staff was very professional and knowledgeable. Price was reasonable too. I’ll be referring friends and family for future business.
