Everyone at Luposello’s was very professional and easy to work with. I had a bad collision and they did amazing work on my Cadillac. They made sure they had the parts quick it back to me in top notch condition and the car looked brand new at the end. Everyone from the reception to the mechanics were very nice and made the entire experience smooth. I would recommend them to anyone in the area and absolutely go back in the future.

I’ve had mechanic work and also bodywork done at this establishment. My experience was excellent. They gave me a price for the work explaining everything that was to be done. They were true to their word with no hidden cost or surprises. When I got my car back from the bodywork it was immaculate both inside and out. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Can’t recommend. I’ve been going to them for almost 3 years and each time I’m treated rudely - not by the front desk but by everyone else. It’s hard to keep giving my business to people who act like they’re reluctantly doing me a favor by taking my money. I’ve finally had enough (as have several other people who left reviews recently, it seems). No complaints about the work. Prices seem a bit high but better than a dealership. Too bad they can’t be bothered to treat paying customers with respect.

Update: No. I did not scream or raise my voice in any way (see Staci’s reply below). Not something I do. Did not interrupt. I asked her if she would be willing to confirm that the aftermarket part I was about to order was the correct one. She replied “No. It’s too much. Too much time for a simple repair.” The part would have saved me $250. I hung up after I finished telling her I had been treated rudely in almost every interaction for the last 2.5+ years and I was done putting up with it. This wasn’t a one-off, and the dishonesty of Staci’s reply is unfortunately more of the same.

My job had my car towed from their parking lot due to some kind of construction. This was several months ago. I was not there when it happened and I wasn’t coming back for the next 10 days. This company was called to tow and store my car until i get back. Luposello’s had every right to charge me the full storage fees however after listening to my unfortunate circumstances, they were very sympathetic and worked with me. Obviously they are a very honest and hardworking shop. The owner showed empathy and tried to do right by me. This was all taken care of on the phone and I was able to enjoy my overseas vacation without worrying about what may happen when i got back. I am so grateful for their professionalism and customer service and care. I read some reviews and it’s so hard to believe those reviews, after what I have experienced with Luposellos. Thank you again.
