Dr Dicken is not only extremely knowledgeable and professional but she is also kind, warm, compassionate, empathetic and has an excellent “bedside manner” these are characteristics I find many doctors are missing these days. She is the ideal doctor! she went through everything so thoroughly and answered any and all questions we had and made us feel so very comfortable. We are SO excited to begin our fertility journey with her and the rest of the staff at RMA who was also fantastic from billing to the front desk to appointments. The whole experience was fantastic. I highly highly recommend them!!!

The initial meeting was very informative and everyone there that I talked to made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I did not feel awkward. I tried IVF 3 times at Sher when I was 42. Dr. Dicken was very helpful. Especially you can ask all questions via email and she replies right away.
On 3rd cycle, I did 2 blastcysts fresh transfer and I got a baby boy this May!
