Chico's Tex Mex Setauket

Bring an extra stomach the portion size of the burrito was massive! Took half home so two meals for $14 not bad at all! Nice atmosphere friendly service food tasted fresh and well made. Burrito was rolled perfectly in that even the last bite was stuffed with deliciousness! Can’t wait to come back and try something else!

The food is always sooo good! I haven't disliked anything I've tried from here and I've been here many many times. I get the steak chimichanga which always tastes like heaven. I also love their bean burritos! The portion sizes make the price well worth it. It's 1 million times better than chipotle or cabo fresh or Moe's. Ive dined in and done takeout, both times everything came out great.

The restaurant and service was fabulous. Waitress was very friendly and helpful in helping me with selections. Food was just ok, my tacos were a bit too spicy.

I recently visited Tex Chicos Mex and had an incredible dining experience! I started with the dry rub wings, which were perfectly seasoned and bursting with flavor—absolutely delicious.

Next, I tried the birria tacos, and they were nothing short of amazing. The tender, juicy meat paired with the rich, savory consommé made each bite unforgettable.

I also ordered a steak burrito, which was hearty, flavorful, and packed with perfectly cooked steak and fresh ingredients. It was generously portioned and so satisfying!

On top of the amazing food, our server, Allie, was outstanding. She was attentive, friendly, and made the entire experience even better. Her great service was the cherry on top of a fantastic meal.

Overall, we absolutely loved Tex Chicos Mex and will totally be back!
