What an absolute breath of fresh air! Finally, a furniture buying experience that didn’t leave me feeling harassed and suffocated by pushy sales people. We worked with Anne to find the perfect love seat and armchair for our new home and she came through big time! They price matched a competitor and set up a delivery that worked for us, no hassle, no “I need to speak with my sales manager because they are going to think I am crazy.” Anne was knowledgeable and knew the way around her store like the back of her hand. We had specific things we were looking for and she knew precisely what models to show us. I will 100% going back to them for any future furniture purchases. Do yourself a favor, stay away from those big national chains and go with a local place, they have literally the exact same furniture just without all the nonsense and intense product markups.
The staff was knowledgeable and helpful with picking out our new living room set. The movers were very friendly and careful with bringing in the furniture. Love the set!
We recently ordered several pieces of furniture from Cozy Living and had them delivered by their moving team. The whole process went quite smoothly – communication was clear, the delivery was on time, and the movers were polite and professional. They handled the furniture carefully, helped place everything in the right spots, and made sure we were happy before they left. Overall we had a positive experience and would consider ordering from them again.
Anne was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole furniture shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Peter was in the middle of doing something when he noticed me stopped what he was doing and asked if I needed help. I told him I wanted the table on clearance, which was a very good deal. He rang me up and had two of his workers clear the table and load it in my car .The whole extraordinary customer service experience took, but maybe 15 minutes.
I highly recommend this place. I also noticed while I was walking around their furniture is very high-quality.
