While I was taking my children to school one morning it was raining very bad and my truck hydroplaned into a vinyl fence. I was able to gain control of the truck and was able to stop. Most importantly non of my children were hurt , however my brand new truck had tons of body damage and I was very upset. I called DC Collision and they acted immediately! They asked me if my children were ok and that they were sending a tow truck right away. Before I could blink my eyes the truck was on the tow and already I knew I was in good hands. I gave all my insurance information to BoB and he assured me that everything was going to look exactly the same before the incident and he also helped me to get into my rental car right away, so I was able to go to work and take care of my family until my truck was in tip top shape. When I got my truck back it was exactly when they said it would be done so my insurance covered my whole rental, we didn’t go over what they covered. When I pulled up to the Shop when my truck was done, i almost cried! It was exactly as it looked before the accident. DC Collision had my truck detailed inside and out as well and that was the icing. They really went over and beyond. I am very pleased with their body work, and how kind they were during this scary moment. Honestly they took care of everything, i honestly did nothing. Ive gone to DC collision twice now for two separate occasions and i have to say they are the best auto body repair shop i have ever been to. The owner Robert is a fair and honest guy who will work with you and your insurance to make sure things go smoothly and that your car looks brand new again. Showroom quality work for a price that doesn't break the bank.

Robert was very nice very professional. He never rushed me and gave me a very fair price. And I'm getting my car done in a week. Beware beware Action Automotive in Wappingers do not go there. He only deals with cash. He did not want to accept my insurance check. Shady overpriced and very very poor work. I picked up my car had a problem with a cracked windshield that they covered and within a couple of months I had a problem with my airbag no horn and that cost me more money to beware beware Action Automotive stay away from them. DC Collision I recommend highly
