Dr. Steven I. Simon, MD

Dr Simon was recommended to my parents by their friends in senior living. They said he's a traditional clinician and is not there just to sell botox injections. Good, we thought, because my parents are 80-somethings with medical issues not beauty worries. They said the office is in a building with an entrance ramp and elevator, and a parking lot with handicapped spaces. Great, we thought, since both my parents need their walkers. But OMG the restroom situation! Patients are allowed to use one single tiny restroom in the waiting area and it's too small to accommodate a walker or wheelchair. There's no grasp bar on the wall that would help a disabled person to get on/off the toilet. My parents had major issues just trying to pee. So heads-up to people with a disability, THIS OFFICE IS NOT ADA COMPLIANT. Oh, and yes our WAIT TIME WAS ABOUT 2 HOURS after appointment time. And the desk staff demanded my parents' SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS in addition to all their insurance information or the doctor wouldn't see them. Dr Simon turned out to be a very nice man who's almost as elderly as my parents, which to us means experience. We were satisfied with his services and since he already has our SSNs we would see him again if any of his other office locations are 100% handicapped-accessible.

I had an appt with Dr. Simon this past Saturday and cannot understand why all the negative reviews? I walked in & was greeted very professionally by the young woman sitting at the front desk. My wait time was only abut 10 minutes. Once inside, Dr Simon examined me & took the time to explain to me what my issue was, gave me some samples and put my mind at ease. I have a follow up with him in 4 weeks. Nothing but a positive review here

I've been going to Dr Simon for years and the P.A my experience has always been great. Dr Simon and Mary have always been able to help me. The girls that run the office are amazing . Cat, Alexis and Mel has always been wonderful. All the girls in the office are super sweet and when I need appointment they always get me in!!!! Thank u ladies!!! So take it from me you need good doctor come here...
