Great service, and great people. I wouldn't buy equipment from anyone else. We've been doing business with them for over 40 years. They really care about their customers.
The culinary items and equipment sold here are geared toward institutional cooking where the expectation is that the food will not taste good. For culinary items geared toward gourmet cooking it is better to go to Warren on Route 9 in Rhinebeck.

Amazing place, excellent staff, and they're even right there with the hand truck ready to bring your purchases to your car. Exceptional service. Best part is if they don't have what you want they can get it pretty easily.
