Eagleview in Middle Island, NY is a best place to live for retirees. Apartments are spacious, neat and beautiful layout of complex with swimming pool and club house. Management & Maintenance are on site and helpful. We’re living here for more than 5 years and love it❤️
Hi I’m a prospective tenant and I wanted to share how wonderful Joseph has been every time I call to find out the status of an opening for an apartment. He’s very patient and reassuring and won’t tell you anything but the truth regarding availability. I’d much rather have the honesty unlike other places I’ve inquired about that make false promises.
If this is any indication of how the tenants are treated and respected, it’s certainly a place I’d like to call home!
My husband & I have been residents of Eagleview for over 20 years. Shout out to current property manager, Ms. Nancy Rosas, leasing agent, Mr. Joseph Arzola, maintenance supervisor, Kevin Ford, & maintenance man, Josh. This team is by far the best as they respond immediately to any maintenance request or any type of request. They are very hard-working & take their jobs seriously to keep this community impeccable with heated pool always working during the summer. We had looked at many 55+ communities before choosing Eagleview & definitely made the right choice. Also, very close by to Walmart, Longwood Public Library, Post Office, etc. Great location & great neighbors.
Don't trust them when they say they will give you an answer in 2-3 days.
It took me 7 weeks and they still didn't have an answer for me. They wanted more information. I had to give my landlord an answer and couldn't wait another 7 weeks, so I opted out.
They'll make you homeless if you let them. They won't answer your phone calls either..
My dreams were devastated by a bunch of games.
I am very happy to be a part of this community! Everything about it is so nice - especially the Eagleview team members! Very welcoming, the setting is beautiful, friendly neighbors, and it will only get better once this Covid crisis is over and we can socialize more!
