I would like to share an experience that I will hold dear to me. In 2020 when the pandemic hit, we’re all in a shutdown. While this was going on, my worst nightmare happened. My hearing aid multifunctioned. I panicked and did not know where to go. I searched and call Ear Care. They agreed to see me with extreme caution. They took my hearing aid to a back room to have it looked at. My heart was beating rapidly. Anxiety kicked in. The audiologist comes out and said it’s fixed. The relief and pure gratitude was overwhelming. All other establishments were closed due to the pandemic. Ear Care rescued me from a world of silence. That saids a whole lot. Very compassionate and professional. I truly and highly recommend Ear Care in Pine Bush NY.
They were kind, patient, understanding, assuring and even shared our joy when my husband indicated he could hear again through the hearing aids we had purchased with them years ago. My husband's demeanor changed as he was given hope again .
They have been taking care of my grandma for over 20 years. Wouldn't trust anyone else with her care cause of how good they have been towards her. Highly recommend to everyone needing the best for ear care.
