Embroidery Designs is literally made up of miracle workers! I cannot express how happy and satisfied I am with the embroidered apparel I had made by them. One of the best quality embroidery I’ve ever seen. After contacting many places with many “sorry can’t help” I finally and luckily came across this company and I knew that it was something unique and special right off the bat. Besides everybody telling me tough luck being because it’s just before Christmas and they wouldn’t be able to do anything until after the new year (including my regular apparel shop which mainly does my company’s shirts), I was extremely shocked to have heard something different. I was not able to provide the proper file of my logo for Dennis to have a digitized copy for embroidery, but this is where they worked absolute magic and completely re-created my logo from scratch which is a very complex / intricate logo. I was completely amazed that they were going to even try to help me before Christmas so I could surprise my employees with some special gifts. Shortly there after Dennis emailed me a mock up that he had completely re-created which I was completely and utterly happy with but as a perfectionist this wasn’t good enough for Dennis, so he began to render another mock up of my logo to try to become even closer to my original. The second rendering was so spot on I was so amazed that he had re-created it from scratch. Long story short this company is extremely talented and absolutely great at what they do, I will be taking all of my embroidery business to Embroidery Designs in Poughquag NY for now on. As a business owner it is so great to find someone who is very particular with “image” as I am. They could not have done a better job, the quality of workmanship is unsurpassable. I highly recommend this company for any of your needs, they also do other types of printing and vinyl so not just embroidering! They definitely deserve more than five stars ! I could not be more grateful or thankful for this company working a legitimate miracle right before Christmas and the new year. I will be telling everyone about it and I will definitely be advocating for this company!
