She has helped me pinpoint the source and triggers of a 30-year-old chronic cough and make modifications (dietary habits and herbs and supplements) that control it--without taking a bunch of different things. She really curates your regimen. All the MDs, pulmonologists and allergists wanted to do was throw forever drugs at my cough, drugs that caused agitation or fatigue. At 66 I feel better informed about managing my diet and general health for energy and longevity. The reflexology treatment is amazing. Lorraine is kind, encouraging and accessible. I'm fortunate to work with her and glad to know her.
