This facility continues to allow one of their patients to call me throughout my day at work all day and every weekend. This individual is diagnosed with Schizophrenia. Please make it STOP I have to keep my personal phone off which leaves my family unable to get a hold of me in am EMERGENCY because of this PATIENT Herbert Enzman.
Toured the Avalon for a loved one and was so impressed by both the staff and the facility. Feels like a home. Staff were attentive and caring and that makes all the difference. We feel lucky to have found such a special place for our loved one.
