On the smaller end but nice park. Park's Dept staff seem to be forgetting about basic maintenance to the parks in the area, overgrown landscaping, heavy litter, this in particular park has a very bad mosquito problem.
This is one of the better parks in Staten Island and is not easy to find if you don't already know it's there, so it tends to be less crowded than other popular parks on the island. For little kids this park is especially good, lots of softer surfaces, play structures use ramps, slides or low exit, and the sprinkler is great for hot days!

Barely sun shade and it’s muggy idk if it’s just today but barely have some breeze.
I do like that it’s a hidden gem and it’s not far from us.
I really like the playground since I’m a big kid when it comes to running around and playing tag with my kid.
I wish there’s more swing for bigger kids.
The bathroom is clean so that’s a plus.
Saw a post on FB about this new sensory interactive playground and it has sprinklers. About 30 mins away from where we live. Loved it. My little guy had a great time. Friendly environment. Make sure you bring food not just for your kid but for yourself too.
