From the front office staff to the nurses, medical students and PA Ryan Young everyone was very professional and pleasant. I felt very comfortable and knew I was in good hands. I would recommend this practice to my friends and family or anyone else who is need of this type of medical care.
Ryan Young, PA has been my ENT for several years. He's expert, skilled and friendly. I owe my continued sinus health to his practice. The Staff are wonderful as well! Friendly, efficient and compassionate. This medical practice has changed my life for the better!
I went for facial and had a great experience! The facial itself was excellent. My face felt hydrated afterwards. Pat was wonderful and very knowledgeable about skin care. Thank you very much for a rejuvenating time!
I've been here a few times for different things. The PA Ryan who extracted my moles was wonderful! Gentle, understanding, and explained everything very well. He also had a few students(?) with him and made sure they also understood everything too. For my facials I have been going to Pat Sanders. She's awesome! She also explains everything to me so that I understand what and why she is doing everything. She helped me understand my skin much better. And I like that she suggests certain procedures and products, but she is not pushy. Will be going back regularly!
I wanted to write this the same day I got my massage by Dana, but after the amazing massage she gave me I was so relaxed i didn’t want to even pick up my phone. The staff was very polite and helpful, also the spa clean relaxing and inviting.Prices are very reasonable. I have gotten massages from spa’s from the Caribbean to New Orleans to the Poughkeepsie area and a lot of places in between. I have been to multiple places in the Poughkeepsie area and have not found a place that could give a massage like Dana gave me. I have a few medical conditions one of them being plantar fasciitis which causes extreme pain. It’s very hard to find a place that can help the inflammation of the thick band of tissue that runs across the bottom of my feet. Normally I take the train to the city because it was the only place I could find that was able to relax the tissue in my feet until I found this place. This spa was one I have not used before so I figured I would give it a try and i couldn’t be happier with my decision to make an appointment with Dana. Between the foot massage part of my massage and the head and face position which was like nothing I have ever experienced before it was absolutely amazing. I would absolutely recommend if you book an appointment with this spa Dana will not disappoint. Maybe I will see you there because I won’t be taking the train to the city anymore when this gem is only 15 minutes away.
