I called and spoke to Kevin , I explained I was driving an hour and 40 minutes to see a vehicle . I requested a video/pics of the undercarriage and the car running, he sent those . I told him due to my work schedule I have extremely limited time because of my time limitations I requested the vehicle be ready on a Saturday. On that Saturday the vehicle was ready. A few days after I brought the vehicle home and something went wrong with it. This dealership had my vehicle repaired and there were absolutely no headaches on their end. On a 1-5 scale I’d rate them at a 5 . It’s nice to do business with people you can trust!

I think my old review was a little harsh. I had a bad car yes. But that could of happened anywhere. Can't blame it on the dealership. I know cause I got a different car somewhere else and the motor siezed. That never happened here. Plus they were fair about payments. I could only hope they would let me do business there again. So I apologize Doug for my last review. It was under lots of stress and just a bad car.
So we had the most incredible week searching for cars, rising above the stress of a tight time frame and overcoming anxiety about not having a car. And then we discovered First Choice Auto and Kevin was amazingly kind, understanding, helpful, and he worked tirelessly to help me make this happen for my mom. I could not be more grateful!!! I will forever recommend people in need of a vehicle to come here! If First Choice Auto isn't your First Choice then you shouldn't be driving!! A million times, Thank you!!
I have been a repeat customer and have had nothing but kindness , honesty , great sun's. Both Doug and Kevin ate amazing and will go above and beyond to get you into the vehicle you want. Excellent business and business men. I highly recommend.
