I have to say we had a great experience. I’ve never really enjoyed the experience of buying a new car very much, but this time my wife and I really did. Our salesman , Jonathan was knowledgeable , friendly and very skillful in guiding us through the process of deciding what we needed/wanted without us feeling any pressure. Everyone in the place made us feel comfortable the whole time we were there. The part of buying a car that I have always liked the least is at the end when you go in and meet with the financial person who presents you with all the warranty type
options. This time the man who worked with us was very helpful with all the options in a tv very helpful way any feeling that we being pushed into something we didn’t want or need.
Wow!! Why did we wait so long to buy from Friendly Honda? It was a simple smooth and ( my favorite part) no pressure transaction. Carlos was professional and clear with all the details of the purchase. The business manager Jim had our paperwork ready and there were no surprise costs hidden or slipped in. Thank you again.
I stopped in to explore the possibility of upgrading my CR-V, and I couldn’t be happier with how the entire experience turned out.
From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the front desk and smoothly introduced to am awesome salesperson, which immediately set the tone. By the end of the process, everything was wrapped up by a kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable sales manager.
Johnathan, my salesperson, was fantastic to work with. He was incredibly knowledgeable, answered every question I had with ease, and met every request with genuine hospitality. He made the process feel comfortable and pressure-free, and on top of that, he’s just an all-around great person to work with. I haven’t purchased a Honda from Friendly in quite some time, but having people like Johnathan on the team makes it clear to me that I’ll be coming back for my next one.
The sales manager, Paul, was equally great. He was clear, straightforward and thorough when walking me through the paperwork, making everything easy to understand. His 30+ years at Friendly truly shows in the way he carries himself and communicates. He was professional, confident and personable throughout the entire process.
Overall, this was an excellent experience from start to finish, and I’d highly recommend Friendly Honda to anyone considering their next vehicle.
I came here almost 10 years ago for my first Honda, I came back for #4, and i'll be back for #5 (6, 7, and so on).
Everyone at friendly was courteous respectful and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my visit there, I was walking around talking with different people that work there. They made me feel like family! Thank you guys for everything, the experience i had at Friendly was awesome! My sales agent went above and beyond to help me, thank you Sincerely.
