I was very pleased with my experience at MAG Auto. I purchased my first car through them, a beautiful 2015 Subaru, and they were fantastic from the very beginning. I had a family emergency take place during my purchase and they paused the process and held onto my car for me while I figured things out. When they say “low-pressure environment” THEY MEAN IT. They’re not trying to rush anyone into any sales, and they truly take the time to make sure you’re purchasing the right vehicle for you!

I worked with Drew, but probably spoke to everyone there on the phone at least once with the amount of times I called with questions, haha! Everyone I spoke with was always friendly, patient and informative. Drew walked me through every step of the process and was more than accommodating when I needed it. He handled everything with ease and he never once put any pressure on me to make a purchase! He even helped me when I was confused about car insurance. These are the kinds of personal touches that you don’t get at just any dealership.

I really cannot sing their praises enough. Purchasing a car, especially for the first time, can be terrifying. I had so many dead ends when searching for a car, but MAG auto made it such an easy process for me. I cannot recommend them enough!
