Friendly Honda Service Department

The entire crew that helped with my car was great. I’m so thankful for the work and time they put into it. Stephanie was especially wonderful! She was so helpful and great at keeping me updated, answering any question I had and easing any anxieties that appeared.

Omer honestly you were one of the friendliest, caring service member I have ever dealt with. I have many different vehicles from Tesla, to Mercedes, Infinity, Ford, and Honda .. best experience I have ever had. You were very attentive and quick to respond. You are really good at your job man.. Wishing you future success in your career.

As the year is coming to an end, I can't help but look back at 2025 and continue to be grateful for Stephanie in the Friendly Honda Service Department. We only use Stephanie as our contact when we're getting work done on our vehicles. Unfortunately for us, we had a lot of maintenance done on both vehicles in a short amount of time, but Stephanie always does her best to find ways for us a save money, or defer maintenance if we can. We have built a relationship of trust with her and I won't have work done anywhere else! Her communication is top notch, and I always know what is happening and the time table around the work being done. Friendly Honda is so lucky to have her! Regarding the actual work being done on our vehicles, the service department does reliable work and fixes issues in a timely manner. I appreciate that since I bought a car from Friendly, I can get a loaner while work is being done on my car. They take care of loyal customers!

Brought my Honda CRV in for service due to an ongoing EVAP code (P0456) that my usual Honda dealer could not figure out. Omer is wonderful and kept me informed and updated on what was going on with my car during service. I was also so impressed by the fact that Friendly Honda of Poughkeepsie provides real time videos by the service tech of what they found on your car. Never experienced that at my previous Honda dealer. Also I must add that Walter the service tech is the MAN!!! He found the issue with my evap code and fixed the car in less than 24 hours when I was spending weeks going back and forth to the previous dealer. I also never felt pressured for any added services. I highly recommend Friendly Honda of Poughkeepsie for service and happy to say I found my new dealer for service moving forward!
