My husband and I went Christmas shopping for my son , Mike and Ken were awesome! They were so helpful , friendly, and knowledgeable. What a great shopping experience we had, highly recommend. Will be definitely be going back there often. Outstanding customer service!!!
Came in for a Christmas gift for my husband. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Store was extremely clean and well organized. As a woman, I have experienced condensation in male dominated environments but not here. I didn’t feel uncomfortable asking questions and I didn’t feel like I was being upsold bc I didn’t know what exactly I was looking for. I was treated with respect and left feeling happy with my purchase. I will definitely be back. Thank you!
Love this shop, been coming here for a while but never actually purchased something. Finally found something I've been looking for and as always the guys are incredibly helpful. I even inquired about a poster and he gave me something else he was allowed to give away instead! Great prices, great people, 5/5 recommend.
Just getting back into collecting, walked in here with no expectations. Mike and Dan were awesome. Really cool to talk to very helpful and helping me understand the current landscape of cards and when I told them my expectations and what I was looking for they guided me toward the right products. 10 out of 10 would recommend this shop to anybody who is heavy into The hobby, new and just getting into it, or just buying someone they know a gift. Great overall experience will 100% go back.
Grand Slam Collectibles is hands down one of the best shops around! The place is always clean, organized, and welcoming — you can tell they really care about their customers and the hobby. The staff is top-notch — Ant, Ray, Mike, Danny, Jared, Vinny, Griffin, Dank, Danny, Ken, and Jaime are all super friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help whether you’re a longtime collector or just getting started. Every visit is a great experience. Highly recommend checking them out!
