We had used them for the first time last night and I would highly recommend them. The vet was very thorough, compassionate and didn’t make us feel rushed. As far as the staff and nurses they were all amazing! I am very pleased with the care Muzzy received from everyone at Guardian.
My cat needed to be hospitalized over Christmas and as a fellow Vet tech myself I can say I am so glad I chose to bring him to here. The staff here is amazing, caring, knowledgable, and made me feel at ease with regular updates. This team treated him with such love. I am infinitely appreciative of this team’s hard work and care they provided to my baby. Thank you for being the heroes we need, who work through every night, weekend, and holiday to ensure our babies are taken care of!
My dog and I have had a wonderful experience here this week. Dr. Runge and his team were excellent, and got to the bottom of what was going on in my dog’s small intestine. The assistants & doctors call and give updates, and truly answer questions. They also let you come and visit the pet and spend some time with them, even if the animal has to be hospitalized for more than one night. All around just a wonderful place!
Brought my Loki boy in because he hadn’t been eating, drinking, or using the litter box. He was obviously sick and I didn’t know what to do. They were so kind and understanding of my situation financially. They walked me through every option and gave such great advice. We tried a few meds and I brought him home. Those meds held him up until I could come back the next day and get him some bloodwork and diagnostics along with more meds to treat his sickness.
I’m pleased to report I woke up today to Loki acting like his usual self. He’s even eating!
Thank you everyone here so very much. The techs were all so great. You can tell they love animals and they do this because of that. The vet was so kind and explained everything in ways we could understand. He was so detail oriented in his questions and his thoughts on what could be going on before we could get him tests.
Words can not express how grateful I am that this location exists and was here for me in such a difficult time.
And I still have my kitty cat. 💚
Guardian Veterinary Emergency saved my pup's life. I am baffled by some of the negative reviews here. Owning a pet is a luxury. If you are not able to spend $k's at some point for your pet, you have to be ready to put it down or buy insurance. Medical treatment is expensive - who do you expect would pay for it? Additionally, you can't expect grief counseling or psychotherapy from an ER dealing with serious emergencies when they have very bad news for you. People are so entitled that I sensed the staff there were leery of telling me my pet would need a hospitalization that cost $3k. It's bad when medical staff get so much push back from idiots.
