HatchRx Compounding Pharmacy

I cannot stress enough the ease of dealing with Hatch Rx. I used to use a compounding pharmacy in Bellmore, and happily switched to Hatch. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and quick! Fantastic follow through.

Isha and the team at Hatch are amazing. The best customer service I have ever experienced with a pharmacy. They are patient and go above and beyond to get you what you need when you need it. They are informative, available for any questions or concerns and truly care for their clients.

Over several decades I have had prescriptions filled by at least 4 or 5 different compounding pharmacies, in and outside NY State. Hatch RX is by far the best of the best! Its compounded meds are of highest quality and the service is personal, prompt, compassionate, and thoroughly professional. I can always count on receiving information pertinent to understanding the general purpose and/or efficacy of any new med I may be preparing to take or about which I am inquiring. I find Isha to be exceptionally well-informed. She and the Hatch staff are warm, caring, and devoted to assuring I am a satisfied customer/patient. I feel my health is important to them...they listen and respond with earnest concern for my well-being. They make every effort to expedite preparation of my prescriptions when it's particularly necessary to do so. I look forward to working with Hatch to fill my prescription needs for a long time to come.

Fast, efficient, friendly and cost conscious. Isha and her team go above and beyond - they explain everything about my compound medications, how and when best to use them, etc. every time I refill them. They really care about their patients and want to help out with anything. Whether it be a faster refill, insurance coverage issues, explanation of use and side effects (if any) etc. Although no one loves having to take any medication, I really appreciate HatchRx for making it effortless when I do.
