Robert from Henry's Automotive Center was so very knowledgeable of my particular Jeep, understanding, professional and friendly throughout the flat tire repair service on a cold winter (snow on the ground) late Sunday afternoon on the weekend between Christmas and New Year's. I was so grateful he showed up at work that day!
Before getting my AAA tow through these guys, he decided to give the jump another try since the previous AAA tech had no luck. Car ended up starting. I appreciate the help!!
I just had my Ram 1500 towed from S. Setauket to Medford 112 via AAA and Henry's Towing. The Gentleman "D" was very helpful with my truck. "D" was a total professional and I would totally use Henry's Towing again along with "D"
