Highland Inn, Rentals

Many smokers. poorly vented. Roads terrible. Been parked in / blocked from exiting . Parking for handicapped/ injured folks is not respected. Snow removal....hahahaa… do it yourself even if you are handicapped / injured.
Been 3 months since I posted the previous review. I feel Flavia , the onsite manager has a tough job since she gets the brunt of all complaints as if the issues were her fault. I believe she is just the go between.

That being said , I have moved out . NO SNOW removal anywhere. Not one project of so many on the premises are completed. Ladders are left out on the road edge and often still against buildings where they were placed to work on things. One project they began was a drain pipe install and they never re graded the grounds. this has impacted the already limited parking since no one can park on the rough terrain and in the mud that at least one vehicle has already needed a tow out from. There was a tree trimming project back in November that the tree parts are still on the ground...I think if the ladder were not needed elsewhere it too would still be up on the tree where it was for 2 weeks.

OSHA and the fire marshal would have a field day here ! There are children living in this very unsafe environment. Example ; ALL doors open out ! I thought it was against fire code for exterior doors to open outward ?

While the onsite folks seem pleasant enough … Drive in and see the fiasco for yourselves. 3rd world living with running water as an upgrade … oh , did I mention you can not drink the water !!
