I've experienced intermittent lower back pain for years. More recently, I've been having constant pain and restricted range of motion in my neck. My first visit with Dr Val, she ordered a test to ensure that the underlying causes were correctly identified. A course of procedures was recommended and I could feel improvement almost immediately. I have extreme confidence in Dr Val's approach to produce results.

Dr. Val is simply the best. I started seeing her when I was 6 weeks pregnant. I had a great comfortable pregnancy. Baby was always in the correct position. She helped me reach my goal of having a healthy pregnancy and fairly quick and easy delivery for my first baby. I made it to the hospital just in time to deliver. I had a vaginal delivery that was uncomplicated and I was able to do it all unmedicated. Dr. Val then helped my baby with colic, constipation and gas as a newborn and she has helped me with any neck pain I have had postpartum. I had horribke neck pain from poor sleeping positions and the pain melted away the next day after seeing Dr.val. I can not recommend her enough!

Dr. Val is one of a kind. I've been seeing a chiropractor for over 30 years. Most of that time with a doctor who retired during a hiatus I took from chiropractic. In all those years I've never had a doctor who could crack my neck. I get too tense and mentally was just afraid and would never even let someone try. Enter Dr. Val... she is unbelievable. Not only did she successfully trick me into relaxing but now she has gotten me past my fears and tension and I look forward to the process. Knowing it's coming, letting her work her magic. Helping this crazy irrational patient find relief and full trust. Bonus is she's also just a great person with an amazing bedding manner. I wish I could give 10 stars. Thanks Dr. Val, I know I'm not easy but you just accepted the challenge with grace. I think you actually laughed the first time I said I don't do the neck thing. XOXO ~Jen G.
