First off, top quailty products, all VERY well made. I have just received my order from these folks and I had an item damaged during shipping. The amount of effort the used (protective wrapping) to prevent this from happening was impressive. Not sure how UPS could have messed this up but if anyone can.... A quick text to these folks, an actual returned phone call from Michael within the hour and boom, replacement is in the mail same day, no hassle, just a quick solution. To me, the measure of a great company is when there is a problem and how it is dealt with. Cannot ask for better service. Hats off to these folks, you can tell they are there for their customers. I don't leave many reviews, but when a company makes things right with this kind of speed, they should get credit for it. Thank you !

Built a custom offset smoker… got all my hinges, handles, vents thermos and other hardware from them. All top quality stuff… made in USA too which I love. Was able to pick it up at the warehouse since I’m local. Good people!
