He was extremely responsive throughout the entire process and very fair. There were no games or long drawn out back and forth that I had run into with other brokers/sellers. Once we agreed to terms, his back office staff of Cathy and Jenny were excellent in finalizing the paperwork and everything else needed to complete the transaction. The service went above and beyond when it came to taking delivery, and they helped accommodate a launch on the North side of Long Island for a much smoother ride back.
