Do not use them if you want to winterize your jet ski! Took my rxtx to them for them to winterize and store. When I was explaining what i needed done they did not seem to understand. Fast forward 6 months after storage and winterization they never took out my battery and put it on tender ( like every other jestski mechanic would on the island) i called and i was told "we have over 200 vessels and not a single one has the battery taken out for winterization." Complete bs and total lack of taking responsibility. Use jet sport or formula one instead.

The Boat Service Charges were fair and explained in great detail. The East Shore Marine Service Department is price conscious. True Story: I tried to buy $ 20.00 ea. Spark Plugs for our High-Performance Boat with Twin Engines. They advised us that the High-Performance Boat Engines, would run better with $ 5.00 ea. Spark Plugs! We highly recommend using East Shore Marine for all of your Boat Needs!

Here we go again. You get what you pay for. I always look for the cheapest when it comes to my boat because it's so expensive to own one. But when you pay for quality, you get quality. East Shore Marine is quality. Howard Rutherig is the new manager in charge of mechanics. He is a walking Encyclopedia. This guy is just incredible. He's been a mechanic his whole life. He knows my boat in and out. Today was no exception. I also got to work with his crew. Mechanics Tyler and Javier, operator Tim, And power washer and assistant John. All of them were professional and friendly, and they called me Mr. Corrado every time they spoke to me. So nice I felt at home. I called Heather, their GM. Again, she was so professional. And so supportive and proud of her team. Bravo East Shore Marine. Bravo!!!!!

We have been working with East Shore Marine for approximately 6 years. They are truly a “We do it all, and we do it all well!” boating facility. Starting with boat sales - through service, parts and storage it’s all a pleasant experience.

Each department has professional, very knowledgeable employees who will go to extreme lengths to help you. They don't stop working until the job is done, no matter if it's for your 21 foot center console or your 50 foot cruiser.

Also, extremely important - if you need parts, you will receive competent help in sourcing and ordering anything that isn't already in stock. You will also receive experienced advice on what you actually need so you don't overspend. Highly recommend ESM to the boating community!
