Gail is great and very helpful. She has been there for years. She cares about her customers. Gail has even helped me load up the cart with my belongings to help me to put them in the dumwaiter lift, which made it less painful (figuratively) & more quicker me dealing with putting my stuff in my unit. As most people know can be tiresome.
