Jeff’s work has truly made an impact on my daily life in so many ways after booking a few sessions. My first visit alone was life changing. The second time I saw him completely reinforced my belief in his skills. I highly recommend Jeff’s incredible massage and acupuncture services to anyone seeking pain relief from minor tension to longterm chronic pain. Believe me when I say this, as someone who has suffered from multiple car accidents and other physical injuries, his care has changed my quality of life in ways I did not think was possible after suffering for many many years. Jeff’s precise methods of targeting the source of pain throughout the human body will have you feeling better than you ever imagined before your visit.
Jeff is a superb massage therapist and has become my great friend. I've been going to Jeff for the last four years and he has helped me keep my body performing well as I marathon train and compete in endurance bike races. His combination of deep tissue, pressure point work, acupuncture and holistic health strategies keep me healthy and strong. 5 stars any day of the week!
I'm so very happy I found Jeff! He is an amazing acupuncturist and massage therapist. It's rare to find someone who does both. After visiting him I always feel such relief from my chronic pain. I can't wait to go back!
As soon as I saw "myofascial realease" on Jeffreys page, I knew I needed to see him. He is kind, SO knowledgeable , gracious, and generous. He will take the time to figure out how best to treat you. All the great reviews are well deserved. I am SO grateful that I went to him as I was in a severe pain "flare-up". Thank you Jeffrey!!
It is rare to find someone who does both massage and acupuncture as well as Jeff. I went to him for both, and was so pleased with his treatment that I continued to have sessions with him. At each session, he listens carefully to my descriptions of what is bothering me, and he always gives due weight to what I say, while also uncovering through his own skill the source of my discomfort. He is skilled at reading pulses, as acupuncturists are trained to do. (Although not all acupuncturists are good at reading pulses, Jeff most certainly is.) He has strong fingers and hands, applying just the right amount of pressure when he massages. I was happy to find a massage therapist who primarily uses his fingers and hands to massage, rather than relying on the side of his arm for many strokes, as some massage therapists do. I find that where the massage therapist uses their fingers and hands, as Jeff does, rather than their forearms, the massage is much more effective at relieving any tightness and trigger points. All told, I am very pleased to have found an acupuncturist/massage therapist who is as dedicated as Jeff is to the wellbeing of his patients. Jeff is also an artist as well as an amateur photographer; I enjoy viewing a slide show of his photos while he works on me.
