Patient, caring, and listens. These doctors are phenomenal. Helped my son and exhausted all resources to get him and keep him better.
I have been to Dr Etra every year . He is one of the Best ENT i have ever been to . I was there yesterday for annual ear checkup . Dr Etra and his staff made me feel welcome and care about my needs . His assistant Katherine was so pleasant and made me feel comfortable. The rest is staff were also very nice and went out of their way to cate for my needs . Dr. Etra did the most thorough evaluation that I have ever had by an ENT. He is truly concerned with his patients. He listens to what you say and addresses your concerns. I feel very lucky that I was recommended to him by other satisfied patients.
I began seeing the Dr. Etra's when I was 3 1/2 when I failed a hearing test because my ears were filled with fluid. I was put on antibiotics for 3 months(instead of putting tubes in my ears) and returned every couple to weeks to a month to see if it was improving and followed whenever I had a cold for several years. I began seeing the practice again in 2015, when I was having ear pain. When I began, I start with Kenneth Etra and then started to see Richard if Kenneth wasn't available. Honestly, because they are twins, I wouldn't know which one was which if they didn't have their lab coats with their names on it on. The staff is nice and I like the office the only thing is, if you are not there at the exact time of your appointment, they will not see you.
