Kerri is an extraordinary practitioner. Not wed to a particular methodology, she has a BIG toolkit and can offer a range of resources and solutions. Most of all, she is a skilled listener. If you are looking for a partner on your path to recovering, getting out of pain, returning to movement -- and whatever you dream up next -- I cannot recommend a better partner.
I went to Kerri for help recovering from a total knee replacement. She clearly has a deep understanding of human anatomy and what the whole body endures when it has withstood traumatic surgery. She guided me through the entire rehabilitation process with curated exercises suitable for each phase of recovery. And perhaps most importantly, she did so with a kindness and compassion. I have often said that my physician may have fixed my knee, but it was Kerri who healed me!
Kerri combines warmth, professionalism, and wide-ranging knowledge into an ideal physical therapy package. She begins by deeply understanding your pain or weakness and then crafts a plan to solve for it. In my case, it was intensive use of Pilates to build strength and stability to tackle cervical disc issues. That requires not only a sequence of exercises but also knowing what exercises to avoid. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for impactful results.
Kerri's approach is targeted, practical and really effective. I love to play tennis and was really upset when an injury sidelined me over the summer. Kerri worked with me to improve the mobility in my shoulder using strength building techniques and some exercises that mimic the movements in tennis. I am happy to say that I am now back on the court thanks to Kerri! I also love the office she works out of at HudCo. It's easy to park and a really beautiful environment for a little self care.
