SportsCentric helped me literally get back on my two feet. The team of Physical Therapist are professional, familiar with the latest research and extremely compassionate.

A huge shout out to Fara for meeting me where I was during each stage of recovery and for going over the exercises patiently. In addition to the in person support, there is an online program that is shared for home exercises with images and a description.

Compared to many other PT experiences I’ve had, this place is light years beyond. My particular therapist, Fara, provides in depth analysis, evaluation, and treatment of the many issues I have seen her for. She is incredibly bright and knowledgeable and her approach is to understand the cause(s) of the particular problem and address that as well as treatment providing more immediate relief.
I have heard that Derek and the rest of the team there are also terrific.

I’d been dealing with a stubborn knee issue for months and was getting really frustrated that I couldn’t lift normally or run. Working with Derek completely changed that and I’m finally back to doing both pain-free.

Derek’s approach is methodical and organized, and I really appreciated how he tracked progress session to session. Personally I had an incredible experience at SportsCentric Physical Therapy. Derek provided me a comprehensive workout plan post surgery that allowed me to work on recovery both and home and at the Clinic. He is able to explain and break down every exercise, muscle and post surgery procedure allowing you to feel very secure during your recovery period. I worked with him for seven months- one month pre-operation and six months post operation twice a week. I am good as new now and my hip recovered perfectly with no development of arthritis. The staff is very friendly and the clinics environment is very welcoming and positive.
