My 14 year old daughter dislocated her knee and needed PT. I found Lighthouse on my insurance website and decided to give it a shot. Well, I am beyond pleased with everything! As a Mom I wanted someone who would get the job done but be caring and compassionate. My baby girl was treated so well that she actually looked forward to going!!! I couldn't have asked for better care! Thanks so much for being so amazing during a time that could have been traumatic. You made it fun and easy. I am forever grateful. And will always highly recommend this practice.

I was diagnosed with a calcification tendonitis in my shoulder and prescribed 6 weeks of physical therapy. I was in tremendous pain and when I called, Jennifer, the owner, got me right in on the same day. On a scale of 1-10 the pain was a 10+. I felt immediate relief after my first visit, and the pain gradually decreased with each treatment. Jennifer was the best. I would highly recommend her for your physical therapy needs.

I developed capsulitis in my shoulder, and went to a orthopedic surgeon, who recommended surgery.
I asked if we could start out with a physical therapy and he said it wouldn't hurt, but that my shoulder eventually may require surgery. I investigated physical therapists(Googled) and there at the top, Lighthouse Physical Therapy.

From day one, she impressed me as being the utmost professional, very knowledgeable, warm, authentic, caring, efficient, and then some.
I would highly recommend Jennifer. She is as good as they come.

I couldn’t raise my arms above my head or move them across my body without pain. It began as a slight discomfort and slowly, gradually, increased to pain and immobilization. I was too busy to go to the doctor. It wasn’t until it affected my activities of daily living that I sought help (getting dressed, blow drying my hair, hugging my husband). The results of an MRI indicated partial tears of both rotator cuffs and physical therapy was prescribed. Upon my first meeting with Jennifer, I was in pain and felt embarrassed that I had ignored the signs and symptoms for so long. I was relieved to learn that Jennifer only treats one patient at a time allowing for privacy and total individualized care. The décor of her clinic was professional yet presented a calm, relaxing, Zen feel. From the first session, Jennifer consistently demonstrated sensitivity and was caring of my needs. She helped me work through the pain using various modalities and active/passive range of motion exercises always reassuring me that I would get better. Over the course of therapy, I regained my shoulder range of motion, strength and most importantly, my independent functioning of daily living skills. I have the utmost confidence and trust in Jennifer Capra’s skills and abilities as a physical therapist and do highly recommend her services.
