Late last year, I fractured both wrists. At a follow-up for the left wrist, Konigsberg noticed a scaphoid fracture in the right wrist (something that was missed at the initial ER visit) and advised me to follow up with a CT scan. Dr. Konigsberg told me that he would input the CT scan request, and I could have it done the following week. He did not put the CT scan request in, and I had to call his office over 15 times in the course of a month towards that end. Multiple employees admitted to me that this was an "odd situation" that was "totally on them." The CT scan was finally ordered over a month later, 6 weeks after the injury. As a result, I was out of the period of casting for a scaphoid fracture. By complete luck, the fracture healed with minor bracing, so I'm not left with any long-term misfortune, but this oversight could have caused me to need an otherwise unnecessary procedure. I'm giving two stars rather than one since the employees I talked to on the phone were compassionate and understanding, and Konigsberg himself was certainly competent at the actual appointment; he just failed to follow through.

In 2024 I severely lacerated and broke my left index finder to the extent that one hand specialist pronounced it should be amputated. Dr. Konigsberg performed the reconstructive surgery which saved the finger. He fused the finger joint and brought my finger back into functional use. He is excellent in all regards. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Dr. Konigsberg performed surgery on my badly broken wrist and did an excellent job. He is caring, knowledgeable and explains all the steps clearly. My scar and damaged bones have healed very well in the months that followed. He is pleasant in appointments and always asks if you have questions. He explains things in good detail. I would definitely recommend him.
