I had the best experience ever with Dr. McHugh and his office. Highly recommend him perfect doctor for the job.

If I could give him 10 stars I would. An excellent surgeon a wonderful bedside manner I am two weeks postop and I feel absolutely amazing highly recommend Dr. mcHugh. He is thorough and guide you through your entire surgery process.

My wife is 82 years old and has had two previous spinal surgeries with other doctors that did not come out as expected. Two years after the last surgery she was suffering from constant back pain and many other ailments.  We met with Dr. McHugh, who at first was hesitant to perform the third surgery on my wife due to her age.  After a lengthy discussion between my wife and the doctor, Dr. McHugh agreed to perform the surgery. It’s been one month since the surgery which required the doctor to remove both previous surgical hardwares and install new hardware from Spinal column T10 to her pelvis. This was a  huge surgery and my wife and I are so happy with the results. This surgery has changed her life. Not only has it given her a better quality of life but she now has a new positive outlook on it as well.  She is walking, standing straight and has very little discomfort. The long scar tissue is healing beautifully and she’s no longer hunched over caused by the previous surgeries. We can not thank Dr. McHugh enough. Not only is he an amazing surgeon but he also has an excellent beside manner. We now understand why his surgical skills are in great demand. Thank you again for healing my wife and restoring happiness to our family. I would also like to thank your entire  staff who gave us more than 100% of their efforts.

I was scheduled for cervical spine surgery, with another neurosurgeon. Dr. Brian McHugh was my second opinion. His office had me squeezed in within three days. When I left his office, I canceled my surgery with the other Neurosurgeon, that was a week and a half after my second opinion. I was scheduled soon after with Dr. McHugh. I will never see another neurosurgeon. He is fantastic! He explains everything and takes his time with you. I had the best outcome I could’ve ever asked for. He is awesome and I would recommend him to anyone, my husband is seeing him next, and then my sister-in-law.
