MEDISYS HEALTH- Howard Beach

I literally have to give a shout out to Kevin for his excellency in work ethic. I was trying to help my son schedule an appointment with a gastroenterologist and needed a referral from the doctor at this office. I had called over a week ago and was told by a female that it would be done. I left the number they were to call and submit the information the gastroenterologist office would need. I called today to verify that the referral was sent and was told by Kevin that there were no notes and nothing was done. I was extremely disappointed. But Kevin more than did his job. Not only did he immediately call, but returned my call to let me know it would be resolved by Monday because the doctor was going to be out of the office. He even called the gastroenterologist office to find out all the details. He was so diligent and respectful and professional. I wish I often encountered this kind of exemplary customer service. Thank you Kevin because you bring value to the community you serve.

The front desk person he was very informative , and welcoming once the medical assistant called us in she could be more pleasant rolling her eyes when entering with my family member who needed translation help and wanted to be accompanied , she wasn’t welcoming , and staff could least step you aside when asking and giving information instead talking out loud in the waiting area not professional at all . Lastly the Dr was very attentive and welcoming made my Family comfortable , can use some improvements.

Dr Mariya is great, she is the best Pediatrician I've ever dealt with. She is very thorough and is very good with her patients. She is a blessing to me and my kids. The staff is lovely everyone there is very nice.
