As a mother of two with mental disorders, I acknowledge the long wait period. However, the wait time doesn't have to do with the receptionist, it has to do with the facility capacity and open availability. I waited 5 months for my children to be seen and I only waited because I was recommended to see one of the doctors. So the CRUEl comments about receptionist and staff are very UNPROFESSIONAL. The treatment that my family and I received from the receptionist/ staff including Patricia, was very compassionate and understanding. Lastly, if the staff calls you back is because they have availability and will make an appointment during that call.
