This stuffed bagel was really good. 🥯
Soft, warm, and filled perfectly—every bite was tasty and satisfying. Simple, comforting, and exactly what I was craving. I love stuffed bagels, and this one definitely hit the spot.
Tried its SEC (sausage egg and cheese) and EC bagels, also bought two packs frozen ones to bring home. The whole stuffed bagel is very much a unique idea but i was not so much impressed by the taste. Overall a bit too salty. Hard to tell the quality of the stuffing, especially the scrambled eggs which taste like those made from egg liquid. I guess that’s inherit limits of stuffing?
Glad to try it and won’t mind an occasional grab and go in the morning. But might turn to other options if we want a freshly made $9 bagel sandwich.
The staff is very nice and it is a cute shop with dine-in options.
A vegan’s dream!! What a treat to find after a long train ride. Different bagel types stuffed with Just egg, beyond sausage and violife cheese. They also had a vegan pizza bagel.
First time trying the stuffed bagels, it was really good. Me and my boyfriend got a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel and a sausage egg and cheese on a garlic bagel. Both came out hot and we enjoyed it! Wish there was one in the city!
It is a bit pricey- 2 bagels for almost $20 + tip.
Service from the worker in front was good as well.

After years of loving the Moonrise bagels in Woodstock we were so excited to check out their new storefront in Poughkeepsie. Great service, fresh hot delicious bagels and they even had sauces to best pair with each stuffed bagel we bought. Will be back to this location and need to stock up on their freezer bagels in the meantime. Great atmosphere and areas for breakfast/lunch seating!
