Such a friendly vibe! Popped by here before my train back to the city and was glad I did. They offer a variety of cookie flavors - you get to pick and they bake the cookies fresh. They also have some super cute macaroons and freshly made ice cream (we also tried both and loved it). Worth the stop if you're ever nearby!
I ordered through their app and it set me up with a driver through DD. I missed their calls as my phone ignores calls with no caller ID. The dasher texted me that they didn't have some of my items but I'll get a refund for those and I was still getting the items that they had. Well I ordered 4 cookies, a Brookie jar, 4 pack of macaroons and 2 cannolis... I received 3 cookies. I wish I had picked up the call and told them it wasn't worth it, I feel bad for the employees and the dasher for the hassle! I did call back before the dasher arrived to asked what would be missing, the employee was very nice and helpful but I still felt bad as this must happen often. Having worked in customer service in the past, I’m easy going but had this been another person they probably would’ve been pissed. The employee let me know what would be missing and told me some of the items were out of stock and some are items they simply no longer make…
If the manager updated the items they currently make, and if they updated it daily with cookie flavors currently in stock, there would not be a problem. I honestly really felt bad someone drove 30 minutes to bring me 3 cookies and I felt bad about hating the fact employees probably have to deal with this often and people are probably really harsh about it.
The cookies I did receive were delicious, still fresh and warm...so I would go in person potentially but I would not order delivery again as this was more of a hassle. I wanted to support this business instead of a cookie chain but unfortunately I'm not sure how often I’d out of my way to get up to this location as the cookies chain is closer to me and easier to get to.
I went yesterday for an oatmeal chocolate chip cookies and a sugar cookie it was really good. You pick the cookies you want from the dough and it’s baked fresh for you. It takes about 10 minutes so be prepared for the short wait which I think is well worth it. The art on the wall is really cool so shout out to the artist for sure. I would go again, brought a friend with me. It has a cute little sit in area. Also the cookies are thick kind of like me so you’ll need a cup of milk with it for sure.
came here for the first time and was curious about it, their iced coffee honestly the most awful iced coffee I’ve ever had. They were nice to call saying that they don’t have those flavors because I ordered online so I went with the marshmallow and yall that did not taste like marshmallows it literally tasted like perfume the drink was not edible even my boyfriend choked up trying it. However the cookies are pretty good we got the brown butter chocolate chip & Nutella chocolate chip. We definitely would come again to try the other cookies
***** Best to Mention Down Below****
Midnight munchies Company is a Chef’s kiss to the bakery. The *BROWN BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE never made it home, it was that delicious. The *DOUBLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIE is soft and warm and enjoyable to eat. I’m a *SNICKERDOODLE COOKIE fan, and this is the best in New York. *BISCOFF Cookie Butter Stuffed is out of this world delicious. Order the Cookies and Monkey Bread and thank me later.
