KFC

I frequent this KFC often and usually have no problems with my orders, but my last visit was very disappointing. I placed a mobile order about 30 minutes before arriving, expecting it to be ready. Instead, I was parked and had to wait almost another 30 minutes while every single other customer received their food before me. On top of that, my soda didn’t taste right (this happens every time the manager with the headscarf is there). Having to sit and wait that long with a desperate toddler in the car was incredibly frustrating. I usually enjoy this location, but this experience was unacceptable.

Mobile ordering still my favorite method of getting KFC. Easy to use app and order is ready in 5 to 15 mi uses usually. All you then have to do is walk in and grab your bag of food. Pro-tip the door on the side with the drive-thru window is always open according to the employees so try there when picking up. Recently ordered the wraps. Much smaller than I thought but very good flavor wise. My kids ask for KFC weekly but we only usually get it 1x per month. Check the app often as sometimes there are freebies added to meals like drinks or cookies.

Still no eating in the restaurant which is fine with me I usually order my food through the app for pickup. I usually select pickup instore as the drive thru can get busy. They can make your food order in about 5 minutes but can take 10 or 15 when ordering ahead one of the bigger meals but not a problem for me. The food is quite good and my kids request it weekly. We usually get 2 or more family of 4 meals out of the family meals. The fries are quite good as well. We usually get the 12 piece tender meal with 3 sides. Our choice in sides are fries, mac & cheese and mashed potatoes with gravy. My one son will eat the mac & cheese as a meal the next day with a tender or 2. You also get 6 biscuits which I usually use to make chicken tender sandwiches. Really a great dinner meal for $40 dollars. For a limited time they also had a drink bucket included which was nice because we got the lemonade which is really good as well. KFC is always first on our list of food when ordering out.
