Everything looks amazing on the bakery shelf at the Eastdale location. We ordered Fresh toast, which had an amazing taste and presentation. However, I'm not sure why they call it toast. The sourdough bread was not toasted in the slightest. I am extremely disappointed with all of the brewed coffees. They are watered down, not enough beans to water ratio. Tasted more like coffee water. The staff did agree that the coffee looked much lighter, but all 3 pots looked the same. Please correct this problem. Until then, buy your pastries and buy your coffee elsewhere or make it at home. I will give it another try before giving up on them entirely for coffee and report back or update if any different. I hear great things about ready coffee. Time to give them a try.

I’ve always liked the Raymond Ave location so I was glad to check out their Eastdale location. As always I order a London Fog and as always it’s done perfectly. They now make their own pastries which are quite good, and their bakery is next to the coffee shop. Service was wonderful and attentive. The space is open and airy. Worth a visit!

I would drive to CK in a heartbeat on any given day. Consistency and creativity is two things I love about this place. The new mascarpone filled Kouign-amann are just so decadent and delicious. The morning bun is also our favorite. The roasted grape tea cakes is perfection and we are thinking of ordering those as a party favor. If you are in the area and you need a perfect latter, you should stop by here.
