Ordered a delivery order and they were out of some Suja juices and, while I was initially charged, I followed up a received a refund. Thank you customer service at the north Poughkeepsie location for following up and making things right
ShopRite continues to be one of the most reliable and enjoyable places to shop, and this location truly deserves a full 5-star rating. Every time I walk through the doors, I’m impressed by how clean, organized, and well-stocked the store is. The produce section is always fresh, bright, and full of great options, and the meat and seafood departments consistently offer high-quality selections at fair prices. You can tell the team here takes pride in keeping everything looking great.
What really sets this ShopRite apart, though, is the customer service. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. Whether I’m asking where something is or need help finding a specific brand, someone always stops what they’re doing to assist. It makes the shopping experience smooth and stress-free.

The layout and look of this ShopRite is pretty impressive but stopped to get my usual shrimp tempura sushi which is unusually good for a supermarket however this location was a huge disappointment. Rice was flavorless and stale, there were little bits of shrimp tempura. Step it up Sushi team.
