Rachel taught my first ever reformer class. Prior to this class, I had done mat pilates. Rachel did an amazing job with introducing me to the reformer machine, using proper form and she guided me throughout my first class. She was thorough and encouraging. I would recommend her class and any class from the studio to anyone interested in starting. Thank you, Rachel!
I've been to the studio a couple of times and have loved all the instructors. Today's class was filled with detailed explanations, patience, and great vibes! Rachel was amazing — I’d love to take another class with her. I felt like every muscle got a workout today. 😊
I booked my Pilates birthday party at this studio and it was the BEST experience. Sam, Melanie, and Nikki were so helpful, kind, and easy to work with ! Sam was a fabulous instructor. The studio is clean, spacious and beautiful! Highly recommend this studio for ANYTHING Pilates related and I will definitely be back💗
I absolutely love this place. I have been doing privates with Antoinette & Sam for awhile now and all the instructors are amazing. Nikki always makes booking privates so easy. I see such a difference in my strength & posture since coming to this studio, more than when I went to other Pilates studios in the past. I highly recommend!!!
Such a beautiful studio, this was my first time taking a class here but I’m an avid pilates princess (fellow instructor from NYC) with high standards yet all expectations were met. Beautiful reformer room mirrors, also 2 private reformer rooms and a mat studio downstairs a complete pilates dream. Heather the instructor was super welcoming and her flow and cues were clear. I really liked the contemporary and challenging exercises with the use of hand weights for a full body workout really hit every muscle. Music was ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥 upbeat and fun playlist kept the energy flowing. I’d recommend and will be back.
