New Castle Veterinary Hospital

My experience with New Castle Vet was excellent. You can tell they actually care about the pets that come in. When my kitty was sick, I needed follow up the next day when the office was closed. Both Dr. Emmett and the office coordinator Judith worked with me on their day off to ensure we got the care we needed.

We’re new to the neighborhood and recently took our toy poodle to New Castle Veterinary Hospital for her first visit. Dr. Emott was excellent—professional, thorough, and clearly took the time to review her history. The team consolidated all of our previous vet’s notes into a concise summary, and Dr. Emott picked up right where our old vet left off. The entire experience felt seamless. The office is spotless, well organized, and conveniently located. It’s reassuring to have found such a well-run practice so close to home. Thank you!

Dr. Emott was amazing helping us with the whole process of bringing our pup to Hawaii. He kept us on track with everything, always got back to us super quickly, and made the whole thing way less stressful. Honestly, our only regret is that since we moved to Hawaii, we can’t have him as our pup’s regular vet anymore!

Bradley Emott and his team are the best! My papillon reguralry checked by them and when it came time to clean Baile's teeth, Doctor did an excellent job, kept his 3 not perfect teeth, and said that we have to monitor. Highly recommend - if you want to save your dogs teeth:)

Everyone here (front desk, techs and doctor) were all wonderful. I felt safe and very comfortable bringing my dog here as she is reactive toward other dogs. Everyone made sure from the time I arrived that we could get through our appointment without making my dog more stressed by seeing other animals. All of my questions were answered and I felt like my dog got excellent care!
